I’ve been getting some pretty glowing reviews for my “Thing In The Bucket”- so I thought it was maybe time for another sour bucket beer. The plan is to slowly feed this new thing the wort dregs left over from various brew days over the course of many months while the bugs grow up and the beer gets good’n’funky. Frankenstein Monster Mash! Here’s hoping it works out.
